At first I hated it. It was really hard to stay there every ounce of me wanted to get up an walk out. But I didn t and the staff helped me through it. Because of applying myself to my treatment program I have 10 months of no drinking. It s the longest I ve ever gone since I started drinking at 18. I felt like alcohol was the love of my life but really it was making me lose everything that was really worth caring about. ABT isn t a perfect place, but the people who are there care and are there for you if you want them to be. There are many residential treatment programs that offer alcohol rehab in the Phoenix area, but of all of those places I m really glad that I went to A Better Today. Alcohol problems don t have to rule my life anymore.
