The truth behind their facade: I'm not a policy holder but I am a healthcare rep. On today, I called this office with questions in regards to a patient's policy. Instead of being greeted with the friendly service that many of you all speak of, I was told there is a 6min time limit that I have to be on the phone despite the fact that I was getting the primary benefits on behalf of one of the patients. Soon, an auditor got on the phone, told me that the questions that I was asking her were "a waste of time" and hung up. Of course, they'd be nice to those with a policy because they need your business. But, in terms of health care providers? I'm convinced that they could give 'hoot' about us. First time calling them, last time working with them. Never again.
