I had a very very bad expierence with Harrahs hote...

I had a very very bad expierence with Harrahs hotel in Las Vegas, so I wasn't so sure about the one here in Southern California. Me and my family decided to take a trip there, and let me tell you that my expierence with this hotel was just amazing !!! Valet on point, lobby staff was so nice and helpful! Checking in and out was really quick and and simple. For an average room, it looked great ! Very nice and clean, also it's a quite a big room for 2 beds. Casino staff was very friendly, we had a great time there. Also I love how this hotel is family and pet friendly ! The pool is awesome, the kids loved it! And the fact they have a place for pets was great. Room service was really nice and helped us with everything we needed with no hesitation I recommend it 100%, it's a nice place for a getaway, even the path to get there is very
Beautiful. My only complaint there would have to be with the hotel room cards, constantly not working and going back and forth to get new ones, but I really didn't mind since everyone was so helpful. I really had a bad impression of Harrahs in Las Vegas but this one really changed my opinion, best hotel I've been to and will definitely come again !
