This hotel is HORRIBLE. If you want to waste your money and time I certainly recommend here to suffer.

1) room was freezing cold. Heater did not work the entire time I stayed there. I went to the front desk and asked for help, he said it is because the outside is warm.

So???

My room was freezing and I was shivering the entire time. What is the reason you have individual heater controller if it did not work at all? Heater did not work at all.

2)very unhelpful receptionist

If you dont like your job and i asked one simple question, and you frowned your face?

I think you should change your job

3) unable to close the room window

When I got to my room, restroom window was already opened and it made the room colder. I tried to closed it but it was located at the edge of the roof, I was unable to close it.

4) bathroom toilet flush

It did not work properly at all

5) no sound proof and very noisey location

There was a construction going on from 8 pm to 3 am. My room was located in 8th fl, i was able to hear everything from inside and outside of the building
