--Bad customer service.

--Bad customer service.
--Couldn't check in at 3pm because they were "behind" so no rooms ready.
--hotel needs repairs. A lot of repairs.
--walls need repair
--elevatir display not working. It displays the wrong floor.
--old furniture. Outdated chairs, sofa, curtains.
--small restroom
-dirty carpet
--so wont go back to this hotel for sure. Unless it's remodeled.
