I love what I was able to get back, BUT I still have (14) 3 reels and 2 tapes that THEY DON T KNOW WHERE THEY ARE. I shipped 3 orders in all together in the same box and had all of the necessary paperwork in the box. One person told me that I shouldn t have shipped multiple orders to them in the same box. I saw nothing where it said not to. I had a concern right away when I noticed that one of the orders was not updated and called them. I knew they received it because the other orders made it there. All they did was write a note connected to the order. Some people sound concerned when I talk to them, but I don t think they are taking any action besides writing down a note every time I call. They have never apologized or tried to make it right. I don t see how you can just leave items in a box and then lose them when all the paperwork and order info is there. I think this company is a great idea, but I think they are way in over their heads and too overwhelmed to make things right. It s been 8 MONTHS and they keep telling me I need to find my original shipment tracking order # from he post office when I discarded it when I KNEW MY PACKAGE MADE IT THERE. I feel like they are not taking responsibility at all. I m just sad. I like to give everyone chances and am very slow to write bad reviews because I understand mistakes happen, but when it is something like this (your memories) and not my fault at all, and they can t get it right (now seeing other reviews like this), they need to go into another business or get a better organizing system.
