We were so excited for this new home but unfortuna...

We were so excited for this new home but unfortunately the experience has been less than positive. We have a master shower that we can not use do to the shower floor cracking and the tile cracked ceiling to floor on two sides and of course it is something that they won t fix. We have walls twisting to the point that what was suppose to be nice design features look like they were built by someone blindfolded. There wasn t a thoughtful process applied by the electricians as outlets are just in the wrong place based on practical application of the living space. We even have a nice dip in one ceiling that we now have to just live with. The overall appearance of the house is fine at a quick glance but if you look at the details they are lacking. Some we noticed during walkthrough but most are things that were just difficult to notice until we were moved in. I would caution anyone to inspect the details several times and look closely at everything and do it a few times at different times of the day because bad lighting hides a bunch.
