Edit: Sarah from McSports called me yesterday to solve the problem. She was kind and she was very sorry for what happened. Anyway, MCsports delivered the rest of my order today morning and I am really happy with the kindness through the phone and the fast delivery. So I am editing my previous post and giving them 5 starts. Sarah was great! Thank you so much.

Totally unsatisfied! I got an order 18 days ago. I was very happy besides I knew it could have a delay and take 14 days to arrive which I totally understand since Covid-19 restrictions. 4 days ago finally DPD came to deliver, for my surprise, half order. I asked the driver about the rest, he said it was not in his van. I got my half order and immediately rang MCsports, the guy told me DPD had the rest in the depo and probably they forgot it. He kindly asked me to have some patience that it would probably be delivered in the end of the same day, he would ring DPD and request this. I had patience for 4 days, but in the moment I realized on DPD website that the status of the order was fully delivered (but of course was not) I sent an email to DPD as well and of course I was fully ignored. Today I tried to ring MCsports or DPD, nobody gave a **** to my calls or my problems. 3 days ago I left a message to MCsports since they never picked up the phone, I left my name, number and told them again about my problem. They never returned me and now they are absolutely not picking phone calls, and I am here without my parcel and with no solution from DPD of MCsports.
