I would like to share my personal and recent experience with this association, to which I contacted for the first time for a critical issue related to the installation, at my home, of products that had not satisfied me. My problem was considered by the person who followed me, always the same, with seriousness and professionalism. I perceived the updated preparation for the most recent legislation as reassuring, but also the balance shown in interacting with the counterpart without ever losing sight of the rights of both.
