Amazing place. Better then some 5 star resorts I have stayed in overseas. The beach, the pool, the palm trees, I could have been in Thailand or Fiji but without the long flight.
We stayed in a studio spa room. It was huge. Massive TV, very comfortable beds and everything you could possibly need to have an amazing stay.
All of the staff were exceptional. It was obvious that all of the staff take pride in their job and their workplace. Wayne who helped us with our luggage gave us a great first impression of the resort. He was super friendly and very helpful. The next gentleman who brought our bags to the room was also amazing. He showed us the functions of the TV, showed us where we could get ice, cold water and sparkling water on tap ( wow!). He even showed my husband where to go to smoke outside of the resort. Nothing was too much trouble. The look of the resort and the garden's was like a tropical paradise. The pool with swim up bar was a real luxury.
Very ingenious to have staff serve the buffet. It was great to see that the Sheridan was able to keep the buffet experience for guests and still abide with Covid safety requirements. Very impressive. I can't speak highly enough of this resort. I will definitely be back in the future.
