I want information about my reservation that I believe has been incorrectly changed by the Zwaluwhoeve. I have emailed; no answer! On the phone it is casually told that the reservations department cannot speak by telephone? I just have to wait and see if I will get another e-mail? WHAT?? Well, yes, I would like to have my reservation confirmed and be sure that I will not travel that day for Jan with the short last name to the Zwaluwhoeve ... terribly poor service for something that should be a luxury product :-(
