bed bug, bed bug. We stayed there for 2 nights in Aug 2017 and got bitten by bed bugs. First night when I woke up, by the light of my mobile, I saw a bed bug and I killed it and blood on the linen. 2nd night my daughter got bites all over and swollen and now got the scars. When we let the receptions know, they didn't get back to us until now, more than 10 days. I tried to lodge complain with the hotel, got a reply email telling me not successful in emails sent.

Very bad experience.
