Was trying to have Maryland safety vehicle inspect...

Was trying to have Maryland safety vehicle inspection performed. Called the day before in order to confirm, they said to arrive by 8am and Maryland inspector would arrive by 8:30AM. I arrived at 8AM, nobody was at the office. Someone did arrive shortly after and assured by the Maryland inspector would be there at 8:30AM. At 8:45 the manager told me, "He is on his way, only about 5 minutes more." At 9:15AM I could wait no longer as I could not be late for work, which started at 10AM. Earlier they told me they could have me out by 9:30Am, in time for work. Nice people, I just don't trust what they're telling me. Was a waste of my time and I'll go somewhere else this weekend to have the Inspection completed.
