Update - I waited another 2 weeks and heard nothin...

Update - I waited another 2 weeks and heard nothing. After numerous calls, I finally reached the Finance Manager who was helpful - he filled out the paperwork and sent it in - now I'll need to wait up to 2 months to find out what happens...

Update - I received a quick reply that management would get with me but it's been a week and I've heard nothing. I'll keep this updated if/when I hear back.

I bought a 2018 Audi S5 and had a great experience buying it and having it serviced at Audi Plano. However, I decided to trade it in elsewhere and inquire about getting a pro-rated refund on the maintenance contract I purchased (highly recommended by the dealership) per the terms on the contract.

I have been trying for 2 weeks to get someone to return my call - I've left messages with Deeshay Lawrence (Finance) and Billy Underwood (Finance Director) but neither will return my calls. I've called the dealership 4 times asking for someone to talk to 'live' but the operator can only transfer me to someone else's voicemail. Unless I'm interested in buying a new car, they have no time for me.

I called Audi USA and they have no record of my contract - they can only guess that the dealership did not enter it into the system. I am obviously frustrated. It looks like I'll need to personally drive to the dealership and demand that someone talk to me... ugh...
