Sales lady Kris was awesome. Quality of furniture and value was very good. The guys that loaded the furniture in my truck leave something to be desired. I was told to drive around to the door that said "customer pick up". I went in that door and no now was around. I wandered the warehouse until I found three guys sitting at a table. They told me to go up front and tell the "no one is in the office". Went up front and someone then told the same guy to load my furniture. It would have been better for everyone if the guy would have gotten out of his seat and helped a customer as opposed to sending me on a goose chase.
