My family and I stayed at the Hyatt Convention Center and this company was their valet company. We drove a rather large vehicle that was pretty much brand new. In their care, the entire back window on our rented Suburban was broken out by the reckless care of their staff backing out the vehicle. They offered to tape up the back window for us and stated that the rental company might be able to switch the car out. The staff insinuated that we had broken the window that had been in their care for almost the entire trip and was in pristine condition each time we gave it to them to park. I received the runaround from this company and its staff as well as the hotel. No one cared that my family was essentially trapped out at the hotel without having a back window due to the incessant rain that occurred during our vacation. We asked for alternate travel arrangements in order to continue with our day and was told by the director that they would handle the cost but we had to pay it up front and the manager on duty that night would reimburse the cost of a cab or Uber. We did this and then when I talked with the manager he said that he had no knowledge of this conversation and that I would have to be reimbursed from their corporate office which was closed on the weekend. I provided the receipts from the cab and still have not received a reimbursement. This company essentially ruined our vacation because of the trouble this caused. Thank God for Enterprise! They were able to switch out the vehicle so that we could travel the 5 hours to return home. If this company is valeting at your hotel, please find alternate means to park your own car or change hotels, immediately!!
