I had to bring my 91 year old mother to the ER for a fall. She tripped over her shoe in her bedroom and hit her head on a file cabinet. She is on blood thinners, so I immediately brought her in.
I have to say the staff is super caring and concerned. They triaged her quickly and put her in a room. The radiology department was there within 5 minutes to take her for a head CT. They were very kind and made sure I knew exactly what was happening and when to expect her to return. She was back in under 20 minutes. The nurses were very sweet and compassionate and Dr. Martin was amazing with her. He treated her like she was his own Mom.
I cannot be more pleased that this is my hospital and ER. My family has had nothing but superior care each time we come.
