It's a Utility company in Kissimmee, Florida. What do you expect out of them, quality? I wish but the rates are not out the roof and they seem to be fair with what they do. If you want to have power and water in Kissimmee you have to have them so it's not like you have a choice. Going there the people seem to have the stuck up personality. Some are good don't get me wrong but I rarely get those reps, oh well
