WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Had my car towed there be...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Had my car towed there because it died on the side of the road. 2 hours later they call saying the fuel pump was bad and it was going to cost $1200! After talking to other people i found out just how much of a rip off that was. Other local shops were pricing it in the $600 range. So i went and had it towed from there to somewhere else. The customer service they provided was beyond rude. They made me wait over 30 minutes to get my car when employees were standing around laughing and playing on their phones. They were not busy at the time and i was the only customer there at this particular time of day. They also charged me $99 to get my keys back claiming they ran some sort of test on the car but wouldn t show me the test they ran. Finally i get my car on the tow truck and we drop it off at another shop. The shop just called me and all that was wrong with my car was it was out of gas. That s right it was out of gas and pep boys wanted to charge me $1200 for a part that wasn t even broken. I wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Absolutely disgusted at the way Pep Boys handles business.
