We stayed here for 4 nights, 5 days and the longer we stayed the quicker our rating went down. Room service each day was extremely poor. Garbage not emptied, empty bottles left around the room, cups and coffee wasn't replaced. We repeatedly had to keep coming down to get the basics replenished. We had issues requesting an early check in and late check out was denied. It was raining on our last so were stuck sitting in the lobby. Before we had even checked out on our last day, house keeping came into our room not once but TWICE! Complete invasion of privacy. They state "24 hour reception" but for the night shift, the employees are just sleeping on the couch in the lobby. Completely over priced and very dissatisfied with how we spent our time and money here.
