I was brought here a few years ago for a birthday experience
After sitting through the briefing and minor lecture we proceeded to the simulation pods
The pods would were completely still
I was expecting slight movement(minor tilting)or vibration
When it came time to "fly" the visual quality reminded me of top gun 2(old video game) with graphics turned down
This to me was a waste of time an money
I could have gone to gamestop picked up TG2 and sat in a chair at home
It came to my attention later that the experience for non participants(other members of my party) wasnt interesting for the first 5 minutes before requesting "the game be put on"

I understand people have difficulty with motion or confined spaces but options should be provided if the participants make requests
With motion in mind participants could select this option with a returnable deposit for cleaning services if there is a protein spill
