I made an appoint for a routine oil change but on the same day my alternator went out on my fj cruiser when I left work. Toyota stood by their product and not only replaced the part but rotated my tires and did the oil change in a short amount of time with no hassle required. The service I received was top notch and drama free that simply focused on what needed to be fixed. I am very thankful for the way my car was taken care of by Toyota.
