Will not fix my issue, took 1 month to deliver and will not help to resolve

Furniture @ Work, please can someone get back to me? I call and wait for at least 15 minutes. We orders on 4th March 2020 and still have not received our order. The bits we have are damaged. This is some of the worst service I have ever received
