John Moore s customer service rep was not helpful ...

John Moore s customer service rep was not helpful at all. I do believe that my AC unit was too new and not worth their while to come out to assess the problem. Does John Moore not service new homes or what????? I am so perplexed on why the rep tells me to use another company because the are too booked up. Even 2 weeks out. 3weeks out. No way. Something is really wrong with me this company. How do u tell a customer that we jus not going to ever get out to your service address. Poor customer service. Run don t walk from this company. Seriously
