Local always fully booked so you have to book in advance if you will hope to find.
There are many tourists, many foreigners, but it is not the classic "tourist" restaurant synonymous with bad quality, because here the menu, typical of the Emilian tradition, is delicious and everything is made with excellent ingredients.
The host and the staff are very courteous and jovial and minutely describe the "good home" before taking orders
