I have lived in a 512 property for five months. While one might complain about elements of 512's policies or protocols, what I want to say is that some of the 512 people that I have worked with have gone above and beyond. Specifically, Loren Lafayette and Rachel Hernandez have both been very professional and helpful. For example, Rachel took the initiative to call me to see just to see how I was doing and to see if there was anything 512 could do. Likewise, Loren--the maintenance manager--has been accessible by phone and responded promptly when a serious maintenance concern arose that affected my health. Also, the maintenance professionals who have come have always been incredibly kind and professional.

These kind of experiences make me want to continue being a 512 tenant.
