Our bed was comfortable. We went up there for snowshoeing and to enjoy the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Overall we had a great time. I would say customer service is a little lacking because of the nature of a seasonal business with seasonal staff. The food at the various restaurants is just okay. Prices are definitely elevated. I recommend bringing a bottle of wine or something and snacks with you to help offset costs. Also no coffee makers in the room and no electric kettles provided. pool etc facilities needed more attendance as not all guests are super conscious about showering before using them, putting towels in the provided baskets, and so forth.
