Auto accident, hospital ran tests and seemed were OK. Still need an MRI of neck. We have to wait for 20 patients ahead of us for 1 MRI machine. Been waiting for close to 24 hours, OVERCROWDED does not describe this hell hole. Still waiting in the hallways!!! No rooms available. Tell the ambulance NOT KENDALL REGIONAL Or you ll jump off!!!!
Kendall Regional gets 1 star because I could not go lower.
And the punch line of this joke..., the bill will be in the mail before you step outside the hospital.
