We were really pleased and surprisingly so well received by the staff up front to the great Vet Tech's, and the awesome Veterinary Dr.'s on Retro's team who treated him. We were so pleased when we took our dog in to be evaluated and he was finally diagnosed and treated accordingly, and this would never have happened if it wasn't for their wonderful vet tech, Mark. Thank you, and all of the staff with your help with Retro. He is doing so much better and i have changed his diet according to his needs. Thank you Mark for your encouragement to getting him the 2nd opinion that has certainly saved his life and makes our lives more fulfilling.
