Put down a deposit of $3000, ended up canceling our order because their system crashed the day of my scheduled installation(never came or called). We needed the carpet done before putting our house on the market. That was April 3rd. I'm still waiting on my money. I've been told its listed as "high priority". Yet no one calls me to update me, and when I call I'm told they "did this" or "did that". But still no progress.
