I sent an email inquiry to Joe Davila about an apartment only to receive an incoherent incomplete sentence as a response. When I wrote him back asking if perhaps he sent the email in error or haste, he wrote "meant for you" We have residences in NYC and Sydney and have many real estate plans and will never use Sotheby's until an apology is issued. This agent has absolutely no respect or customer service skills.
