Wow where to begin... the absolute worst and unbel...

Wow where to begin... the absolute worst and unbelievable experience I have had to date and I m beside myself about this company and I would never ever suggest using this company even if it was the last one on earth. I m beyond frustrated by the fact that no one can answer why I m being charged after cancelling my contract long ago, spending hours on the phone with multiple operations transferring me from person to person and spending hours wasting my time. So beyond frustrated.
