I've been a customer at Moonshot for several months now, and have always been incredibly satisfied with their service. The majority of my purchases at the store are for the game Marvel Champions, and every employee I have interacted with has been incredibly helpful with both pre-orders and pickups, and even in providing information if I miss an expansion.

In addition to just being incredibly helpful, each member of the staff is very knowledgeable about all the games they stock in the store, and can give great advice based on your wants and needs as a gamer, whether you're shopping for a group of hardcore enthusiasts or a niece's Christmas gift.

Beyond the service, the store also excels at the incidentals of business management. The store is well-organized and clean, bright and inviting. The shelves are well-stocked with a variety of games, activities, and accessories for any sort of analog game. If the store doesn't stock it, they'll order it for you, or at the very least do their best to give you a time-table of when it will be in stock again. They've also hosted many different gaming events in the past, creating an inviting and exciting atmosphere that creates a sense of comfort for any member of the community to come in, even if they're skeptical of the gaming scene. During the pandemic, they've gone to great lengths to make sure their customers feel safe both in store, and by providing great opportunities to stay up-to-date with their favorite games even if they don't want to venture into a public space.

I've recommended it to everyone I know looking for any kind of game - even my own parents. They went in skeptical, but emerged confident in what they had purchased. Whether you're a DnD diehard or just looking for a fun game to play at a family reunion, this is the place to go.
