If I could rate them with a negative score, I would. Single worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have placed two orders with them and both were screwed up. When I ordered, both times, all products showed up as in stock. They called back, both times, to tell me that the products I ordered were not at the warehouse listed on the website and not only would it cost more to ship them, it would also take longer. No apology. No effort to make it right. Just... "Do you want to cancel it or pay the additional shipping cost?" Each customer service representative was extremely rude and it is clear that this is part of their company culture. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
