Within the last year I took over IT for a local company and we made the decision based on a recommendation to switch to Conner Ash for our accounting software support.

First and foremost, from the moment we spoke with Sue D she was pleasant, friendly, and wanted us to make sure we were switching companies for the right reasons. She wasn't pushy or anything of the sort and told us about herself, her company, and was very straight forward with pricing and information. She didn't call or email 1000 times to try to sign us up as quickly as possible as most sales people sometimes do, and gave us time to discuss within our company if the switch was right for us. Amazing!

From a financial standpoint, their company has saved us a very nice chunk of money for the exact same software we were previously using through another vendor and support company. The thing is, even if we were to have ended up paying an identical price for just switching companies, the immaculate support, customer service, and detailed information we always receive when speaking with Sue and Conner Ash would have been worth the change over.

Every single time I have called or emailed for support I receive a quick response even during their busiest time of year. (tax time) Their website is fantastic as they offer not only technical documentation but video guides as well for many frequently asked questions regarding how to do tasks inside of our software. It's extremely helpful and offers a quick way to solve problems on your own and learn more about the software and they make it available for free. They care about their customers in a way I wish more companies would, and you don't feel like you're calling support when you speak with them, it feels as if you're speaking to a close friend for help.

I'm honestly in shock there are no previous reviews for Conner Ash on Google because this is one of the most amazing companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Thank you guys for everything!
