Sad they really wont work with you.. Cutting my utilities off right before the new year 2019....Sent me my cut off notice the friday before Christmas saying it has to be paid on Christmas but they were closed . I call they say pay on the 26th b4 5pm . Its the holidays tried explaining to rep now I will be without lights until I get paid in 2019 12/4 from my job...Bet there workers lights will be on Thanks 4 nothing!!
