The hotel is great and it has very good facilities...

The hotel is great and it has very good facilities, huge rooms and comfortable beds! The pool and the jacuzzi is a +. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is the customer service, they need to work a lot on it... The only smiley and polite staff are the room cleaning personal, that says Hi every time we run on each other.
Otherwise good restaurant and lobby! And location is perfect as well.
