1. He was super competent at completing the needed repair.
2. He was very patient and diplomatic while I argued with him about wiring. By the way, he was absolutely correct. I was wrong. Thank you Deontae.
3. He was friendly. He occasionally talked with us and helped us to feel very at ease with his service visit.
4. He was patient and thorough. He showed evidence of before/after operating measurements.
