I rented a trekking bike for 7 days (July 2019) with which I toured through Veneto. Great service, very accommodating. Not only did they provide me with the helmet and padlock as mentioned on the website, but also the repair material. Fortunately I didn't need it: I cycled all week without any problems with my bike.
