Captec engineering, inc. is an average company. The quality of their products and services is just satisfactory. I have used their products for a couple of years and haven't faced any major issues, but I also haven't experienced anything exceptional. The customer support is prompt in resolving queries and issues. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of innovation and staying ahead of the competition.
