I booked a round trip for my nyc visit (from the airport to the hotel & from the hotel to the airport). I will just say that I WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN. The round trip was already expensive compared to other companies, but the funny part that there are hidden costs that the drivers WILL SURPRISE YOU with at the end of the ride. They would say "there is bridge fee that is not included in the original price" and they would ask for it. I checked the bridges that we passed during our trip to and from nyc and they were WAY less than the amount that the drivers asked. Also, they will SET the amount of tip that they want from you and argue with you to pay that specific amount lol

It is a shame that this company treats costumers as the idiot tourists who are willing to give away their money ... i mean this is 2019
