We are not regular travelers, so we depended on Kim Goldstein of Journeys Inc. to plan this trip to Italy for us. She took care of every detail and did everything that we needed. Every place we went, we were met with people holding up our names to take us wherever we needed to go. The hotels that we were booked into in Venice and Rome were fabulous! We were treated like royalty. We had dinner reservations every night at places she helped us find, and they were all excellent. We had private tours every day with a company that she found and partnered with and everything went smoothly and seamlessly. She helped us with our airline reservations and with booking our cruise with Viking. We received all of our travel documents well in advance and found Kim always available when we had questions. She had a lot of good advice and seemed to really care that this was going to be a wonderful trip for us. After our return, she contacted us to make sure everything was okay and to hear about our experiences. When one of our hotel reservations had to be changed, she took care of contacting all the tour people and all the reservations we had to make sure that they had the new information. We were very pleased with everything and would certainly use Kim Goldstein again for any future traveling we decide to do.
