I went in for my first oil change and tire rotatio...

I went in for my first oil change and tire rotation as I was going to be traveling out of town. They were very quick, and professional but once I got to my destination I noticed my tires were not rotated. I have a scratch on one of my tires and I noticed it was in the same place it had always been. I checked my receipt and it did state the tires had been rotated. I am planning on going back once I return to town to have this issue corrected.
