This is 2nd stay for my husband, staff very nice ...

This is 2nd stay for my husband, staff very nice but difficult to get any help or info on what's going on.
BUT biggest beef is parking, lots of time no shuttle or handicapped parking and I cannot walk from garage. Very inconsiderate for the elderly or handicapped. How bout valet or shuttle you can depend on.
