Our computer became infected with "pop-ups" and Misa took the time to diagnose and repair our computer while we waited. We had come a long way (we live an hour away) and he went out of his way to make sure we understand what was wrong, remove the item causing the pop-ups and help us to prevent this from happening again in the future. This is the third time we've been to the Happy Hamster and we're continually impressed by their service, knowledge and ability to communicate in non-technical terms.
