I emailed the dealership at 9:30 at night with 4 very specific ?'s. Mitch responded right away and answered the questions to the best of his knowledge explaining that he would provide additional information when back in the office.

My entire interaction with Mitch was exceptional, all questions were answered in an open and honest way.and he even entertained my mild panic with buying my first ever brand new vehicle. I was actually advised to wait a couple of days (at the end of the month) because the opportunities for me might be better.

At no point did i feel pressured or being pushed into and options or a vehicle I did not want. It was a very easy experience.

The entire staff were great, Richard told me that if Mitch was not available, he would be available to answer my questions. Karla took care of my financing and insurance with only 1 phone call. My vehicle handover with Emily was fun and informative

They even removed my trailer hitch on my old car...

If all automotive experiences were this good, you would not find a bad review.
