I dont understand how its "busy in emerge" but it ...

I dont understand how its "busy in emerge" but it took 2-going on 3 hours to deliever results... my father was left in pain in a chair waiting on results and we asked and asked and it was " up to the Dr and they werent sure why it was taking so long" my father could have been home in bed resting, and you could have freed up 3 chairs...for your oh so busy evening. I realize if a pandemic or any sort of emergency comes up. This is the last hospital you want to come to. They didnt offer him water, or food or a blanket. Hes begging for advil at this point because of the pain. Mean while 2 security guards are sitting on their butts playing on their phones, watching videos..and talking about their personal matters. The only voices in the hallways as sick people are trying to sleep. I realize the nurses are doing their jobs and I have nothing bad to say in regards to them. One guy in particular was very helpful and kept trying to get the doctor to come. He was awesome. But emerge was not busy this evening and I find it absolutely ridiculous to take 2 hours to have a 2 minute conversation and if it was serious results..then you just made a man wait 2 hours in pain with serious illness.

Sincerely.. still waiting on results.

P.s if you tell us it's nothing and a week later it's something big I am going to loose my mind.
