It may be not perfect place to work but for person like me who wanted to earn some money during holiday it's really convenient, as I could choose which shift is better for me and it wasn't hard to do what employer wanted me to do. Location of the factory is huge disadvantage of this place, there are not many ways to get there if you don't have a car.
