If you are going to any other floor than the ground floor you'll be alright as not may seen to venture past the teas and biscuits. The staff are lovely and helpful (in my experience). If you are there on the hour the large, ornate clock on the outside of the building has a Mr Fortnum and Mr Mason which come out to greet each other.
