There are so many rehabs you can go to, it was hard for me to pick one. I didn t even know where to start. I don t know why I picked A Better Today but I did. I just called the number and told them I needed treatment. I had already lost my job and my girlfriend so I had no place to live. But I had an ultimatum from the judge after my third time in front of her. She said I could go to jail or rehab. I didn t want to do either one but I definitely didn t want to go to jail. At first my plan was to go to avoid jail. But after a few days, I started to realize that I really did want help. My therapist made me see that my mentality was being manipulated by meth. The longer I was clean, the more I wanted to be clean and A Better Today was there to support me every step of the way. I decided to go into their new sober living program after treatment. I live with people who understand what I m trying to do. I m working now and my mind is clear. I m sharing my experience in case someone else is where I was and doesn t know how to pick which rehab to go to. They all look the same online but A Better Today is the real deal.
